<p>The company, representing the South Central Alabama Broadband Commission, will help deliver fiber-based connectivity to households, businesses and community institutions in the eight counties of Macon, Lowndes, Dallas, Wilcox, Butler, Crenshaw, Conecuh and Escambia, according to the company&#8217;s application.</p>
